What do people mean when they say they're doing "Chicago Style" or "New York Style" improv? You'll spend half of this workshop focusing on character and relationship-driven scenework, just like it's Chicago in 1995. Then, you'll spend the second half of the workshop framing, justifying, and resting Game of the scene, just like it's New York City in 2010.
Prerequisites: Some improv experience required.
Please read our Lab FAQ & Policies and Covid Policies before signing up for a class or workshop.
What Should I Bring? A full water bottle and a notebook for general note-taking. Wear comfy clothes and shoes fit for movement.
