Workshop Description: This is the scene that never ends—sort of. Right here. Right now. The MONOSCENE is the form that endures! Build a world, create characters, and develop the relationships needed to sustain a scene. It's an exploration. If you like one-act plays and grounded scene work, this could be the workshop for you!
Target Audience: Recommended for improvisers who have 6 months or more experience.

What Should I Bring? Comfy clothes for movement and a notebook to take notes. The instructor will provide participants with an emailed summary after the workshop.
Instructor: Kimberly Nario is a Richmond-based comic and Co-Artistic Director of Coalition Theater. She performs in the bad date themed improv show, Can’t Hardly Date, and directs Still Life, an improvised two-act play. She previously hosted the beloved cult crush podcast, Almost Nothing with Kimberly R. Nario. Her writing has been featured in Refinery29 and on The Drew Barrymore Show almost too long ago to mention.
