Instructor: Cary LaMay (he/him) has been teaching improv since 2011. He has performed in both shortform and longform improv at various venues and festivals across the East Coast. Since 2017, he has served as a judge at the North Carolina High School Improv Competition.

Cary has taught improv to groups both young and old including a Pre-K class, Girl Scouts, college students, and corporate employees. His greatest appreciation for improv lies in its ability to impart lessons such as listening, acceptance, and teamwork that can be applied to various aspects of life beyond the theater!
