Monoscene: Caroline Cotter

A Monoscene is an improv form that happens in real time without any sweep edits. Students will practice skills fundamental to a successful Monoscene, including: sharing focus, playing patiently, and making grounded character choices. In this workshop, students will learn the basics of the Monoscene form and have a chance to run a set at the end of class.

Caroline Cotter is an LA-based improviser, actor, and writer. Caroline is an improv teacher at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theater in both New York and Los Angeles. Caroline performed on the Saturday night team GOAT at UCBNY and ASSSSCAT.
