Ross White (he/him) began improvising with Raleigh's ComedySportz (now ComedyWorx) in 1990. He has toured extensively and co-founded DSI Comedy Theater, where he served as artistic director and ran the training center. He now teaches improv, sketch comedy writing, podcasting, poetry, and publishing courses at UNC-Chapel Hill, where he is the Associate Director of Creative Writing in the Department of English and Comparative Literature. At Mettlesome, he coaches Secret Society and produces Bull City Press Presents, a literary reading series.
