We Are Pregnant features Lauren Boyette, Audrey Briggs, Jack Faubert, Dominic Fearn, Xavier French, Alex Gast, Erickson Gilliam, Vae Hill, Annagrace Jackson, Jack Robson, Cam Saverino, Azel Solomon, Eva Vega, and Cynthia Wang. They are not actually pregnant.
