Improv 101: Intro to Improv [MONDAYS]

Learn the basics of long-form improv. Students will cover scenework principles like "yes-and" and active listening. Over this six-week period, we'll build the groundwork for comedic improvised scenes that'll jumpstart your love of improv.

Classes every Mondays, August 24th - October 5th from 7:00-9:30pm.

No Class Labor Day 9/7
The course will culminate in a student show on Saturday, October 10th (exact time to be determined).

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Students are required to attend 2 improv shows at Mettlesome during the course (students get into shows for free)

  • Students are allowed a maximum of 2 absences per course.
