Mettlesome is offering a free 60 min drop-in where an experienced Mettlesome teacher or coach will guide you through a fun, low pressure practice. It's sure to inspire creativity, new friendships and return visits.  

Everyone is welcome! This drop-in is intended for members of our community who identify as LGBTQIA.
