Lab Director: Paula Pazderka

Paula Pazderka has been studying and performing improv and theater for over 20 years.  She started studying improv in Chicago under inspiring teachers such as Susan Messing, Mick Napier and Charna Halpern.

Upon moving to North Carolina in 2007, she started her tenure at the DSI Comedy Theater where she served as School and Camp Director, as well as class Instructor for nearly 10 years. Paula now serves as Mettlesome Lab Director where she collaborates with local artists to create curriculums so that they may educate others about their artistry. She has an MFA in Creative Writing from the Art Institute of Chicago, is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), has a Masters Certificate in Project Management from the George Washington School of Business and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Education Certificate from NC State.
